As a Community Health Care Coordinator with the Florida Panhandle Minority Communities Climate Change Coalition (FPM4C) in Port St. Joe, FL, Samantha Anderson, coordinates medical and behavioral health services for underserved residents across the Florida Panhandle. She develops individualized care plans, provides therapeutic support, and advocates for clients facing barriers such as chronic illness, housing insecurity, and limited access to care. Previously, as a Community Health Social Worker with FPM4C, Samantha designed outreach strategies, partnered with hospitals and agencies to improve care transitions, and advised on policy changes to reduce systemic health inequities. She continues to bring a client-centered, equity-driven focus to every program she leads.
